Each massage session is customized to the client's needs.  If you are looking for relaxation and respite from stress, massage therapy is a great way to get away.  Also available is medical massage therapy, best for those who are rehabilitating from a motor vehicle accident or other injury.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the most common massage and involves relaxing and soothing massage strokes.  Swedish massage has many beneficial effects including decreasing blood pressure, loosening of tight and tired muscles, and reinvigorating and increasing energy.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue is a popular massage for people who carry a lot of stress in their back, neck and shoulders.  Forearms and elbows are used to place the deepest pressure where needed, loosening up knots and increasing oxygen flow to the muscle.

River Stone Massage
An entire massage performed with heated, smooth, river rocks.  The stones are basalt, holding the heat and transferring it to tired and tense muscles.

Aromatherapy
Lavendar can be added to any massage, making it an even more extraordinary experience.

Insurance
Many insurance companies, including motor vehicle insurance (PIP coverage) now cover massage therapy as a medical benefit.  A prescription from your physician is required and insurance coverage needs to be verified before your first appointment.
